Return Policy

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means
you have 30 days after receiving your item
to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must
be in the same condition that you received
it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in
its original packaging. You'll also need
the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at
erik@eriks-shop.com. Please note that
returns must be sent back to the original
sender. You will receive the exact return
address by email after your return request
has been approved.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you
instructions on how and where to send your
package. Items sent back without first
requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Contact us at
erik@eriks-shop.com to request an exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return,
we'll notify you about the approval. If
approved, your refund will be processed
within 14 days to your original payment
method.
